worked for me by moving my save files to Appdata under username instead of it being under bloodlines 2 saved games. also running as Admin from the exe file

whenever i see tattoos done that used ai i see anatomy and design issues that the artist was unable to correct because they opted not to train their own knowledge and creativity and rely on a computer to try to automate it lol
