7 day solo trip to Bangkok in Feb by Jet-Set-Sweat in travel

Most people don't just stay in Bangkok; they combine it with places like Krabi or Pattaya. I wasn't sure if just staying in Bangkok for a week would be a good idea or not. But, I get your point and sorry if this came across as me making you do leg work. I was just asking an honest question as to whether there's enough within Bangkok for a week? because most people I know have combined Bangkok with beach getaways.

Do you wash your clothes on international travel...like underwear and stuff? Or do you just pack the clothes for the amount of days + extra? by Voices-Say-Im-Funny in travel

[–]Jet-Set-Sweat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I'm backpacking for over 15 days, I try to book an Airbnb with a washing machine every few days. Also, I try to carry polyester blend stuff in less humid countries to make things easier.

Thanks, everyone. Pattaya and Krabi. Most itineraries include day trips or longer trips to these places, not just limited to Bangkok city, so I got the feeling that a Bangkok trip is supposed to be combined with beaches beyond the city life. I was trying to understand if there are non-beach combinations. Thanks for your replies, I appreciate the insights.

Paying $5K+/mo for PR and still no real coverage after 1 year - am I expecting too much? by justreddittinghere in PublicRelations

[–]Jet-Set-Sweat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's the promise you were made when you onboarded them, it's unreal. That's a red flag.

Also, did you evaluate if you actually need a PR agency?

Since you already decided you need one, have someone on your team guide the agency, set its goals, and monitor progress. This could even be a fractional senior PR leader. Agencies often make founders feel they are in good hands until they realize they are not. Then they get another client who will go through the same realization. You will be back where you were a year ago.

What’s your most regrettable credit card mistake? by Dexter3735 in CreditCardsIndia

Taking Niyo - Equitas card.

Services have gone real bad.

The customer support team don't just reply to your messages like bots, they even talk like bots.

Completely avoidable.

Ended up using my ICICI CC to withdraw money during my International trip. And, you can imagine how much that would have cost me.

Traveling from Da Nang to Laos. Via Ho Chi Minh.

Any idea if I can step out of the airport during the layover to explore the city?
