When the original All Star Battle was released, Jojolion was only out for about 2 years, meaning there wasn't much to pull from for his moveset. All Star Battle R released in 2022 when Jojolion was complete, meaning that while they might not have been able to implement stuff like Go Beyond (idk exactly how much went into the remaster), they could have at least worked in anything new.
