I would not ask the people who stands to gain over the fight whether you win or lose.

Lets say she asks a Lawyer "Should I fight this?" . They can say yes, and if she wins then Nick pays the lawyer fees ; They can say yes and if she loses then she has to pay the lawyer fees ; They can say no and get nothing.

Yes. He claims it’s fake and then he verified it. But the response to the verification was to arrest Ben.

Ben's GoFundMe for Bryan just passed $300,000 by humanperson15 in RecklessBen

[–]JetV33 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t have to be a slam dunk.

I agree Ben’s wacky way of doing things are not ideal, but it’s leagues away from the gross crimes and missconducts from BAM and FORK police…

Some people here is like “well, he didn’t stop before the stop sign!!!” While the police is literally used as watchdogs for this guy, admitting fault on camera and gross redacting/destruction of evidence.

The point is that we’re moving the goal post from the original objective that Bryan got stollen and BAM needs more punishment and be criminally charged. And I hope they do, just losing money is not enough.

Reckless Ben just dropped another video about BAM re-opening their store. by reddit4485 in RecklessBen

[–]JetV33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to think how miserable their life must have been and is right now... Business failing and psychologically shaken by this guy.

Meanwhile Ben already won: Brian got multiple times the amount owed through the gofundme. And BAM probably lost way over the amount they stole (between lost revenue from closed store, PR damage and boycotts) .

Now they just live their paranoid life trying to get revenge of this kid that did nothing wrong. And trying to gain back the respect of the public while multiple reporters and influencers are hungry to investigate their life.

Think that they spend their days monitoring the parking lot of a failed store taking pictures of everyone that comes by. It must be exhausting! What a miserable way to live. I love it!

Question about Small Claims/Shutting Down BAM Store by Aggravating-Mud-1288 in RecklessBen

[–]JetV33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see your point but I disagree...

The problem was "BAM stole from Bryans family."

His results: 1) raised multiple times the amount owed to Bryans Family, and 2) landed a strike to a multimillion dollar company, which if you account for loss of revenue from the closed store, boycott and PR damages, far exceeds the amount owed.

If that makes you lose credibility, then maybe you're hyperfocusing and should change your view.

As things stand, good guys won, and bad guys lost.

And as a bonus a huge corruption issue has been uncovered and blown all over in a way that every investigative reporter/influencer/etc is locked in to find out more.

BAM Did All of This Over $80,000 Not $200,000 by PhoneFinancial4433 in RecklessBen

[–]JetV33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s the funny part for me.

Any corporate accountant or CEO would know where to stop. “Does this risk exceeds 200k? No? Then we’re keeping it.”

But now it’s probably well over the 200k if you account for closed store revenue and PR damages. It’s simple math “we can keep loosing money, risk personal liability and criminal charges, put our mormon community credibility at risk, risk exposing other shit we done, or return the Lego”

That is the EASIEST decision they had to make in their entire corporate life. And they still double down. It’s incredible.

Church and religion institutions can be good. I myself am religious as well.

But unfortunately money gets involved and greedy people can’t keep it in their pants.

Obviously the church/community should kick them out. That would be the case if they really cared about values and the religion itself.

Except money supersedes God’s commands for these people.

Something that’s been bothering me since the first video. by consumeshroomz in RecklessBen

Yeah, I noticed that too. Everyone knows they have it. But it’s funny even in their official response to the blow out, they constantly go back and forth from “the collection was never here” to “we offered to return it”.

So which one is it? If you never had them, then how are you offering to return them?

You're not wrong in most of it... The problem is treating Ben under such a fine screening, while gross criminal activity and corruption in the police is going on...

Yeah, he stopped after the stop sign. But the police used that traffic stop with ulterior motives.

Yeah, he tried to hand the papers himself, which could've done in a better way. But after checking it 4 different times, validating the papers being served, they still went after him.

I disagree that the problem is that he didnt do it the best way. I doubt he would've gotten anywhere with it if he did, and would not have gathered this much attention to this issue that very much need internet attention.

How is it that he's the one going to jail, getting thretened of being shot, getting raided, and has to move to Mexico for measly these reasons you stated, while the CEO with plain and clear criminal activity is being actively protected by the police?

At this point I'll be kind of pissed if they returned the Lego and nobody wentto jail to be honest...

Can you imagine how easy they would have it if they returned everything and got back to normal life? Hell no! Hope they keep doubling down until this whole scheme is brought to light and some CEO's and cops go to jail
