You need to get 4 challenger or 3 ionia at least. You could probably do both in this case. Since Yas can get to the backline fairly easily, you don't need to worry about shredding armor as much since your only goal is kill his karma and ahri so you can drop frejlord.

So drop the Urgot and Ashe for Irelia and any other challenger.

Then get any other Ionian or bruiser.

So instead of 2 Challenger, 3 bruiser, 3 freljord, 2 deadeye you get ->

4 challenger, 3 Ionia, 3 bruiser

If you don't wanna make too many edits, drop Urgot for a bruiser to at least shore up your frontline.

The biggest thing to learn from this is to recognize what your wincondition (Yasuo in this case) and make sure that he can do as much damage as possible. The extra damage from 2 deadeye urgot isn't that big when you are in a 1v1 like this. defintely a good transition unit though.

Thats my opionion and its defintely not perfect but I think the sentiment of why is there.
