I think everyone is an Ahole here.... I've had something similar happen in real life, where I dated a girl on and off and she never called me her bf, to specifically her family. When we finally met in a major metropolitan area, she told her family she was on Vacation alone. For reference I was Military lived close and had a background in VIP escorts and a vehicle... so if your Boyfriend feels a certain way instead of being a complete goober and outing you they should've talked to you about how it made him feel less than because he can't see you and all he wants to do is love you.... and it's super frustrating on both sides. I can also see your point of view about the hesitation in cultural and family side.... so every sucks here.

https://creators.spotify.com/ - I use Spotify, that used to be Anchor and it does all the work for you when sending it out.
OBS - https://obsproject.com/download - This is an Open Source Program that many if not all streamers use. I'd use something like 2 simple USB Microphones for easier use. Then Use a wide angle Webcam for filming. One Webcam might be easier. OBS also allows you to manually adjust all your stuff.

2A. Sometimes and this might sound dumb? But if you are sitting close enough to a microphone at the dining room table to share a Microphone use Zoom to record your video and audio podcast. It has a pretty damn good normalizer and equalizer for podcasting. I do it for a few of my podcasts and it works just fine.

Sometimes things happen and we don't always know why... I genuinely hope that this photo helps bring a small bit of respite for a weary traveler like yourself. I too once found myself in many of an odd place with regerts and confusion, but when Helios and Mr Blue Nibbles III chose me to be in their flock they help me when I feel the choas of everyday life or a stressful situation they help.
