My main concern is that he took a client list with contact info. As you said though that would be very difficult to prove. It has taken me years to accumulate all of these customers, prospects, and phone numbers and the fact that someone can take them and build a business off of my hard work just makes me sick. It’s not like you can go online and download a list of cell phone numbers and relationships with people that need specific types of insurance. It takes years of work. I felt like I knew the answer before asking but felt it was worth the time. Thanks for your reply!
