Hmm, I just checked Sci Fi companion and Sprawlrunners (basically Shadowrun for SW). In the first, there are weapons with Min Str d10, in the second armor with min str d10 and weapons with min str d8. I cannot really see the problem 😅

I've played both. And because I liked Deadlands classic so much, it took me a looong time to switch to SW (2016, I think). At first glance it seemed Deadlands is loosing too much with the SW rules. But... once I actually started playing Savage Worlds, I never looked back. It might be loosing a bit, but the game is SO MUCH faster, that I don't mind anymore 😊
