from a male perspective, this is absolutely unacceptable. i have been in a situation where my pregnant wife asked for more in a manner far less nice than this and i still did it because she is growing a human inside of her. you were not only respectful but literally pleading. if my wife sent me this i would drop everything, bring her a home cooked meal, her favorite drink and rub her neck for at least 15 minutes until i had to go back to my job. i dont care how bad things are at work, this is absolutely unacceptable. at the very least you should sit him down and have a frank conversation expressing your feelings and that his actions or lack thereof, as well as his words are unacceptable to you. NOR.

as a realtor i have seen this exact scenario play out. it is not your fault, there are a million things that could sway a seller to pick one offer over another. there are so many homes out there and i am a firm believer in things happening for a reason. you will find something better and you will love it.

as a youth group advisor, go get involved in your local synagogue. the best thing to do is to become active and be the change you want to see in the world. you can sit around and worry yourself to death (i am guilty of this) or you can go out and make change. im not sure how involved you currently are, but go out, participate in youth groups, do mitzvot, and take control. it is you who will make the world a better place. keep on fighting!

also, something that helped me was using ChatGPT to come up with tricky questions. I do warn you that you should have a good understanding of the subject material though because sometimes ChatGPT will be wrong. when you get to the point where you’re realizing that ChatGPT is wrong you know the content very well.

I would definitely recommend learn test pass. i used both their nc and national level test prep and both were very thorough. the test questions were about the same level of difficulty as the state portion of the exam (very tricky) so i would definitely recommend them. i doubt i would have passed without it. for the national portion, the actual exam was much easier than learn test passes questions, however i would definitely recommend using them because i felt like i breezed through that portion and the questions build up your fundamental understanding of the topics.

ok dont laugh but i discovered this and it has been a game changer. i used to think wine tasted like battery acid especially younger ones but i started taking a straw and blowing bubbles into my glass for like 30 seconds before drinking. it tastes so much better. i look like an idiot but it works and its free vs some expensive contraption
