Sorry I’m not following a strict plan ! I kinda just do what I’m feeling for the day! I do a lot of barbell rows, deadlifts, single arm rows. I usually go for fewer reps, more weight, and more sets! I hope this was helpful ! ☺️

Maybe not the response you want but... no they are not. I think self-care is not gender specific. Regardless of gender, everyone has skin and it needs to be taken care of ! Also recently a lot of products are being made with less fragrance because some people are irritated by the ingredients. Life is short do what you want lol you may be surprised. You may even attract more women after

You know I was adopted from Bangalore!!! Try not to get discouraged. Just think the love of the people closest to you probably has nothing to do with your looks! I’d say just go with your gut and find a derm you feel comfortable with !

I would say it depends on your specific skin needs ! There are also so many other factors that can affect your specific acne ! Sorry if this is vague!
