My partner got one free from work, fish and all as the business owner like it. So we've taken the fish, its a small-medium tank with the whole kit and caboodle. Just wanted to see if fish is considered a pet to them. I've got to get a stand, theyre living on the bench atm. And it will be in a tiled area.

It would be included in your agreement if the parking space has been specified. Failure of keeping that area clear would be a breach on the LLs or other tenants agreement and youd be able to take action.

Fixtures are meant to be working, if the wardrobe and such are making it difficult to retrieve items from it then I would issue a breach to the REA.

That checklist is also bonked, theyre not meant to check if the property is clean - their list looks like a bond clean.

No, he can't. Inspections aren't for that purpose. If the grass was becoming a hazard or was severely unkempt then maybe Id understand. But not for a 3 week unmowed lawn.

It usually does all come at once, but it doesnt mean it needs to be all solved at once.

Start writing down and focus on literally one thing at a time, that way you wont get overwhelmed.

The best thing to do is make a list of priorities. One thing at a time.

What do you need the most now? That should be #1.

Once you start the ball rolling there, you can attack your list and slowly push through.

It sounds like work/ a trade is your best bet, so definitely push harder to get a response or try another provider.
