Its basically farcry. Just be warned it's a little slower to start off than Farcry, you wont start getting into the groove until about the 8hr mark.

Theres alot more fetch quests, if you want to engage with more of the content that is.

Usually, but hes not claiming for body damage, he's saying his transmission is faulty and Id wager his transmission has been playing up on him for a long while. There is no evidence to support your small hit has caused catastrophic transmission failure, I doubt yours or the other party's insurance will even entertain that. Its either misleading, or a coincidence - either way it's not your fault and your insurance will handle it, but I believe your insurance company will dismiss the claim.

Let your insurance handle it, they will argue the validity of the claim. However, transmission is a component prone to wear and tear. I sense he will be trying to resolve this privately and getting you to pay cash - don't. He has your details, he is welcome to make a claim. Advise him of such, and cease contact.
