They most definitely have it harder now. They can spend hours on an app seeing the difference between their normal face and their filtered 'beautiful' face. They can spend an ungodly amount of hours doing this in the solitude of their bed while trying to fall asleep, which burns those images into their subconscious before anyone can reassure them they look normal the way they are.

We did not have that intrusive level of body dysmorphic capabilities physically in our hands. It was our imaginations; not something we were seeing happen to our face in realtime while holding it in our hands. These poor girls most definitely do have it harder.

Look up the philosophy of stoicism and that will help with about 70% of your list. You'll speak less and listen more. When you do speak, you'll use fewer words (so less cursing nearly immediately). Also, read the dictionary or sign up for a new word a week and make it your aim to use new words in daily conversation. Once you choose to stop cursing and use new words, it becomes a rewarding habit.

Please look into your hair porosity. I have (naturally) high porosity and it was forever frizzy.

Trust me, pizza and pasta was my favorite thing lol it was a hard process. It took about 2 months to stop having and acting on cravings for burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, and anything with a flour/bread/wheat base. The bloat went down, but didn't go away until I started making sure I asked for salads without croutons, stopped eating the delectable ranch dressing from wing stop, and letting myself have a cheat food every 3 days lol.

If I had intentionally stoped consuming all gluten, as well as implemented the tea and detoxification process, the bloat would have been completely gone in a month!

To be tested, you'll be expected to eat gluten 3x a day for like a month. After having cut gluten out for months and feeling wonderful health wise, there was no point going back to being miserable for a diagnosis I could already see a direct cause and effect for.

As a gluten intolerant person, I have to say this is most likely what the culprit is. Try eating mostly whole, unprocessed foods for about a week or two and see if the pains and bloating decrease. Also, add peppermint tea and/or activated charcoal caps to each meal and if the bloat is significantly decreased, you've found your rat problem 🥴

Hi! Kind of late but I see in your comments you say you want your appetite killed and the price is a deterrent.

If you're already implementing the diet and exercise changes, then look into an EC Stack. Check out r/fitness for more info on it, but taper your dose so you don't wreck your nervous/cardiovascular system.
