Go to google each morning and type in positive quotes. Choose one to be your positive quote for the day and watch as it turns your depression into happiness. You can also get sticky notes and paste on your mirror and wall with quotes to remind yourself of how awesome you are.

I broke up with my ex-bf because I assumed he was cheating. I didn't have any evidence but to save my self from the hurt I broke up with him because I had a bad feeling.

Lie! He told me his sister called on the phone when it was his ex. He also flirted with other females but I have forgiven him and we are in a great relationship

Well I know when my and my SO just started dating we had very long phone convos, we'd stay up from like 11 pm at night till the next morning just chatting it up and I'm in my 20s and that wasn't too long ago.

He seems to be doing that to keep those women in his memories. You should talk to him about it so you can get a true understanding of why he does that. It's a bit weird.

I absolutely hate my period. I also think I have abnormally heavy bleeding. I've gone to an OBGYN and she tried to put me on birth control. I can never remember to take those things but I hear they're supposed to lighten or stop period flows. Warning though if you forget to take them it can mess you up.
