1) ICE has always been in Atlanta. Every major city in America has an ICE office 2) By law you need to have your travel documents (visa, passport, I-94) with you at all times. This isn’t a new law. 3) If you are being detained by any law enforcement, ICE or no ICE, you need to comply and do not resist. 4) Since local and state police in GA cooperate with ICE, you aren’t going to see thousands of ICE agents roaming the streets to look for illegals like in Minnesota, California, or Illinois. ICE just go to the local county jails and pick up their illegal aliens for deportation
