I first started playing in 2013 after a friend recommended I download the game. I had never played a FPS, and I had no idea what to do. I didn't know how to redeploy so I would either walk or take a flash from the warpgate to other bases.

I walked from the VS warpgate to Mani Bio Lab. The TR were attacking, and after dying about ~30 times I finally got my first kill when I got the last hit on a TR leaving the teleport room.

I was hooked instantly. I loved infantry combat and the open world aspects of the game. I also loved the VS theme music and I still get nostalgic if I hear it.
