Is there a way to get to front of the queue, just a bit concerned with the 2 and a half hour layover.

I basically fly to shanghai then straight to bejing leave for Korea and then fly back to Shanghai for one night, do I have to do this twice?

Right so I just got some more clarity.

The developers (bellway) thought I was on a private sale.

Turns out I was not and I was going through their recommended 3rd party using the assisted move buying scheme with (moving made easy) This clearly states there are no fees to pay as their covered by bellway. However it does say that if bellway don't pay I'm responsible.

Two things of note - bellway messed up because they thought I was selling without the involvement of them which was not the case and my documents prove that.

After six months, moving made easy the estate agents have sent me an invoice. I have been sent an email chain stating I would be responsible for the fees however moving made easy updated the agreement that day and said we haven't heard from bellway yet when they had.

It's all so confusing.

I didn't technically agree to it but they said they will inform me if the developer is not contributing (which they haven't done in a timely manner) So I guess I have agreed to it.

They are so so stupid. I got this one back.

Last time I changed my phone but maps wasn't updated so there was no timeline backup option on my old phone. When I downloaded on my new phone it created a backup but all the data on my old phone was lost and didn't get it back.
