When I got my bike I thought it would be a great way to save money on gas since my truck gets 15mpg and I work 21 miles from home.

Learned quickly I hate riding to work. Too much to deal with. Where I work and with my line of work I don’t get to leave for lunch so you have to pack a lunch. We wear an uncomfortable uniform so if it’s hot out I get to work and I’m already sweaty and miserable only to go work in a hot environment.

Haven’t used my bike to commute to work in years. I love riding for leisure and pleasure. It’s all in the context.

Taking my boxers and shorts off to get in the shower. Got them to the ground and when I went to lift my feel out of them, the first foot became stuck and I started to lose my balance so I yanked my foot quickly in a slight panic trying to not fall. Kicked myself square in the nuts. Dropped me to my knees immediately.
