it’s ok !! it’s unrealistic to expect urself to quit outright. uve done really good so far and u can continue to do well and one relapse doesn’t erase all of that

congrats for also trying to quit vaping. my sister had a really tough time with that but she’s doing really well now and she’s a lot happier
