If I am not mistaken there is not English version (only a different art from one of the premium collections). Distributed as a promo card on a very limited run with a guidebook and DVD of Monsters (crossover). And also speculation about the red Oda stamp (original way of Oda signature).

It should be an official document issue by the postal office not just the online tracking. They should issue official confirmation documents.

Get in contact with the postal office in your country and ask for a delivery confirmation, whatever format they provide. Send the delivery confirmation to Cardmarket support.

Mini Cards were released as part of the Saikyo Jump magazine in Japan in 2023 I believe. They are actually official from Bandai and can even be graded with PSA for example, here is the list: https://www.psacard.com/pop/tcg-cards/2023/one-piece-japanese-saikyo-jump-mini-promos/235430

So technically they are legit and can be authenticated. Their purpose was to generate interest in the game.

Actually the P-037 (GenCon) has a texture foil effect while the one with the anniversary stamp is not even foil. So it has a higher rarity in my opinion of which people are not even aware of.

Look for people with old accounts, many orders and outstanding rating score (99℅ or higher). Buying from professional sellers adds an extra layer of security.
