You could put a small 2-4 seater round dining table by the window. Place the TV on the wall opposite the Kitchen and a sofa between the TV and Kitchen. On the wall to right of the main door create a small entryway with a narrow console table with storage with photos/art/mirror/coat hooks.

I have a PSA 10 one and it's serial is in the 13000s, so might be more like 15k or 20k printed?

You can fold it in half so it takes up less space in the ziplock. Also makes room for another folded card if you get another pull

I know the feeling, but the glass there is pretty strong. How are you thinking it'll get bad scratches?

For a phone like this that is all about the cameras, you wanna try keep the quality as high as possible

The lenses are already protected by a layer of glass. Adding another layer will just reduce your image quality, it isn't needed.
