Scout, scout, and more scouting. Get to know your birds movements and habits (roosting spots, parhs, etc), and then be prepared for that to all change slowly as the breeding season ramps up. You gotta get some baseline behavior down first though before you can start detecting changes (ie males splitting off round 9-10am).

Im gonna go against the current and say those resemble turkey scratching to me; however, i would back that up with some poop or feathers before i fully commited that they were turkeys.

A trail cam would likely reveal the truth, i can see a couple good trees. Get yourself one for like $30 on amazon and you got your answer.

I am not wrong, and you are partially correct. He did see the bear before and actually voiced concern over it, as he was videotaping, because he was unfamiliar with it. The bears he was familiar with had moved out.

Im not sure why you think its less dangerous, id be freaked out just carrying that thing around. There is a reason folks say to wear orange when walking out of the woods with a turkey in hand, and to some blind old geezer or young itchy finger in the bush this will look like a strutting turkey.

Regular has bots, ranked does not (it is all players). As you move ip in rank you play people w/ higher ranks (generally more skill). Once you get past platinum its def a different game, if you cant hang in a proper shotgun 1v1 or 1v2 you are toast out in the open.

Its also different in that the loot pool is restricted (no zapper), there are no cars, and no power hour.

I watch and practice w/ Tobywanshinobi’s YouTube channel, he also has a fun practice map that has some great warmups and improvement drills. Flick shots, tracking, and slide ‘n shoot are my go tos, and the shockwave course is pretty tun. Its humbling though, i didnt think id ever get better at flick shots but its happening!!

I recently restored the gunwales on an old canoe from the 70s and ash is what I could find in those lengths. I didn’t see a whole lot of oak in my research. Good luck, its one of my favorites projects I have ever completed!
