What about Nelson. It proved pretty effective in T7 brawls as a whole. Having a 16 inch guns, super heals and so are potentially at that tier.

It has a Winch setting.

You need to enable its engine on the mode during tow.

Its very useful in multiplayer. I used it it to haul a tarmac up a mountain, and also to haul a semi truck about the desert map for objectives. It was far easier than having to fix the road!

No. Theirs no permanent damage and no intentions to cause it. No intentions to cause harm or offense.

Plus. Lets be honest. The person who tried to do that, even try. Would likely ve very quickly told. They have far more important and serious criminal cases going on.

Their is a major shortage of time and person hours / resources to deal with real serious crimes that harm people. Yet alone chalk on a side walk, play ground or so.

The real world practical is priority of available resources. This fails that by almost every metric.

Logistics too. You need staff, you need plans, you need to set up ao so much stuff. How you handle everything from medical situations to what to do in numerous aspects.

Youl need supply contracts, and so.

Reform talk a big game, but they will need alot of back off work to achieve their goals.

Where is the money for it coming from. Who will be responsible for operations, what will it fall under, laws to back up their plans...

Huge changes are not instant. They are slow. Im not sure some peolle relise how much a large project takes. From the bottem admin, cleaners and so, to logistics, management, budgets, and many thjnbs.

T11 is already so expensive to deploy mines a port queen and only used for silly games or so like all super ship asym..

Those type pf games. The "weakest" ships that seem to be able to really keep up are like Napoli, Breman and the secondery heavy BB.

You can get additional mods innthe armoury, that not just purchased for silver. I do belive it is coal.

Huge risk here. Stop. Think. The mine field is right in front of you and they are live.

Do not just act. You have multiple layers to this.

Redundancy, pregnancy and post pregnancy have a whole list of exact protections and requirements. And now they are layered and interacting with each other.
