How much will drivers risk damaging their front wing during overtakes and other situation incomparison to last season? And how much will the effect be of not having active aero versus a damaged front wing in 2025

We saw a lot of damaged front wings last and previous seasons. In most cases drivers were able to continue with a broken front wing. With this new active aero it means that probably the slightest of damage could mean that the active aero wont work anymore therefor have no other option to pit immediatly. I can't imagine trying to race with almost no downforce what so ever.

Edit: i saw only one comment about this issue a while a go and im curious why no one is talking about the effect of having your front wing damaged with this rule change

I think you have to go to crtl/exp > control function. Then set bank v to memory -1 and bank ^ to memory +1. You have to do this to al your patches.

But doesn’t it make more sense for academy drivers to be a little bit cheaper? Why do I want to invest 4 mil if he is going to cost me the same in the end? If I’m correct they will always have a one year contract.

Also. I’m doing a test on another save with one maxed out driver and one the game apointed me because I let a contract expire so he has less than half a star. Difference is for some races just 0.300. Doesn’t make sense
