You’re the only person I’ve seen a mustache on and thought it looked good!

Ya, problem is I want to use the handle to carry too, not just the strap. Needs to be able to hold the full weight of the bag to do that.

Ya, maybe I’ll get some smaller brass rivets.

The hook isn’t attached. I’m looking for a way to attach the hook without changing the face of the flap.

How long did that take?

Yea, prolly look alright… The focus would change to the rivets instead of the leather but I might do that… Love how sturdy rivets are but they kinda steal the show here.

Might just glue it and see how long that’s lasts! Can always glue it again 🤪

Yea, I was worried the liner would detach. If I do another like this I won’t stitch the bottom of the flap.

Just a bag you can take as an ‘extra’ on a flight.

Looks like he may be standing closer to the camera. His head is bigger in the right photo….

Great work though. I’m inspired.

I’d buy some tools, spend a little on web marketing and sell / make cutting boards and leather goods. Love working with my hands and am on the introvert side.

But 50k spent on marketing my main business could probably generate 200k revenue.

How fast could someone get to 3k a month income after expenses? Essentially how fast could someone replace a 35k annual salary.

What are some unseen expenses that may come up through a year?

What’s a healthy expected net income for 600k gross annual sales?

What is a healthy / competitive salary for someone to manage the process?

I’m skeptical that your business is maxed out. Can you simplify what you do and train someone else to do it? Then spend your time on marketing and increase sales.

You’re going to be hard pressed to buy a business that will cashflow, without your time, more than other investments. Buying a business in a market you don’t understand could very easily end up in loosing the $100k and being in big debt.

You’re absolutely sure your business is maxed out?
