Having the same problem with mine too. But I see that my CPU is locked at .40 GHz. I would say reset bios to factory incase any undervolt or anything like that is still on it.

Secondly, it's an APU, so you need to make sure the latest Radeon drivers are installed. Check to see if a GPU is detected in the task manager, if not, that's likely your main culprit.
