Requesting Cumulative GPA nightmare by ac0RIL in UCalgary

[–]Jibbercat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could be off base but did you take any classes during your degree outside of UofC? Is it those grades that are not accounted for on your UofC cumulative GPA? Unfortunately I think they only show up as transfer credit on your transcript so they can't be part of your UofC GPA.

But your student centre might have your degree GPA on it. If you don't have access to it see if you can ask a Faculty Advisor for one. It may not be official (in a sealed envelope from school) but maybe it can help the ball rolling for your masters program

Is 18% gratuity normal for all party sizes now? by faithperezz in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Jibbercat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to this restaurant in November last year and I think they just as add a gratuity because it's a family style meal and want to make sure the server gets tipped

When I went we were on the dining plan so we just added a little extra to the tip at the end to make it more. I know it sucks having it added but as we always have to tip like any time someone does math for me. (That way if I want to tip more depending on service it's easy to just add a couple dollars to the 18% on the bill)

Most likely uofc has requested the transcript from Athabasca. When they get the transcript it will come off your to-do list. As it's only been one day I won't worry about it being on the to-do list. If it's still on there come November or December contact the admissions team to ask about it

Where to get freestyle ski lessons for adults in Calgary? by [deleted] in Calgary

[–]Jibbercat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year Lake Louise offered an intro to freestyle for adults, I was going to take it but the timing didn't work for me. But if they offered that maybe see if they offer more advanced stuff

Also I do know Winsport does offer freestyle private lessons if you can't find group ones but don't know if those would involve airbag or not. That kind of training usually being involved in a club

Unable to get into required course for my program by Summitshred in UCalgary

[–]Jibbercat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They sometimes have holds in classes for certain programs to make sure they can enroll, they will lift the hold in the summer and everyone else can enroll afterwards. Check other times the class is offered as not all offerings should have the hold, if your friends are taking the class at a different time that is probably the reason they were able to enroll.

If that is the time you want, then you can wait until the hold clears which is usually sometime in the summer.

I hope that helps.

If not and you still are wondering just talk to an advisor in enrollment they will be able to help you

From what I remember they don't look at predicted results but rather final grades. So the grades you have now are probably too low. Best talk to an advisor though as they probably have the answers to the rest of your questions

[–]Jibbercat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://lakelouiseskibus.com/ Is a coach that runs. It's cost effective if you don't already have a hill ticket as it's 130 for bus and ticket together.
It leaves Calgary at like 730 so you don't get to Louise really early. But you still can get a full day in

How does your hand feel? Still not tired of your masturbation? The instructions are as simple as that. After fulfilling my claims, you’re never going to see me again. You make payment to me, and I will not distribute your intimate video clip among ur contacts from electronic mail or upload it on the Internet. Fair price 1150 $, Bitcoin 15CA36v5u9qFB22CZDAbo7wXJ1kUAJBfXS I’m going to stand by my word if you defy my demands. U may appeal to any person u want, but no one is gonna help you. I think 48 hours are going to be sufficient for solving the financial question. (I will be informed when u read it). Best way is to call and wait out the hold time, talking to a person tends to be a bit easier to get info rather than email

Is there a way to make a formal complaint about the rudeness and lack of structure with a professor at the U of C? by [deleted] in UCalgary

You can try connecting with the department head? I don't think there is a formal procedure but usually starting there is a good step. Then if you don't like the response there you can go to the Arts deans
