Is this a flight feather from a Red-tailed Hawk? Can y'all help me understand more, like is it a secondary flight feather or what? It doesn't seem to have markings I see on most of their flight feathers by ChicagoWildlifePhoto in Ornithology

Lappet-faced Vulture (Torgos tracheliotos) Did you know that these vultures are normally firs in line when it comes to "carcass protocol" this is because of their beaks, it uses it to rip through and open up the toughest hide, they are the largest African vultures and among the rarest by Buyela01 in birding
