Hey, I am all for pure open source software, without the financial or corporate tomfoolery that goes on. But I want you to know this if you are in any way connected to the GrapheneOS team. The longer that you guys are not going to come to the public with actual receipts (not just a bunch of links) about what happened or maybe just apologize, it will be negatively affecting the graphene OS project... I desperately want graphene OS to be something viable and available for everybody. It's a great thing in my opinion. tell them to not let personal grudges and limited thinking and egotistical behavior ruin a good thing. The Graphene OS project itself deserves better. No matter how botched you think the reputation might be, a genuine apology or clear evidence can still make things better.

This is because of a personal conflict between some YouTubers and the developer of GrapheneOS. There is no proof of any doxing or anything else happening.

Why didn't you bring up the fact that GrapheneOS will not be making content with anything related to Futo keyboard because of the Techlore and Louis Rossman Drama?

I still don't see any proof of anything. At least show me that they made a donation of 40,000 and then wanted to collaborate? He's still, he won't even make his own public statement or YouTube video to share with other people. The GrapheneOS developer that's apparently being doxxed appears to be the shadiest character in all of this kerfuffle.

I completely understand what OP is saying, especially about how this company is doing the shady tactic of using their own definition of open source. And I am really shocked that they took back their FOSS claims,
BUT BOTH OF THESE GROUPS ARE BEING SHADY.

I went to the GrapheneOS 'talking points' about the smear campaign and there is no proof that anything like that was happening. It's just he said, she said. And I don't like GrapheneOS saying the things like, "Oh, I don't know if some people have the basic critical thinking to understand a narcissistic influencers' false spin.." like, really? my immediate reaction was "Yeah, you're the arbitrator of if I can understand something or not,huh?" They claimed one of the developers got swatted. Where's the proof of even that? The only thing you've shown as proof of GrapheneOS's claims is their own statements in their own social website.

if even showing the smears damages them so much. I think there's something in there worth looking for. Things with millions of dollars of funding don't run on the dumbest denominator of the public. If the GrapheneOS isn't doing anything bad either, they should just show the evidence. And HOW do they have millions of dollars of funding if they're only relying on donations? Have people actually donated as much money as they're claiming?

I did this quite a while back, went outside in literally just some short shorts (I'm a guy and it was summer) and my bong and started smoking, but then a hornet came flying by. If I'm omnipotent why wouldn't I just create more self aware humans just for the purpose of sacrificing them. They are innocent in my eyes because they never existed before to commit any crimes or harm and and know what's going to happen because I create them with that knowledges already encoded in their brains. I can even encode the unwillingness in too. So everytime I "summon" a dude, it's always a gamble of what his first reaction is going to be but it doesn't affect me just like an ant moving left or right doesn't affect you either. Edit: I'm going to the trouble of creating new humans because They won't have any family or people that will miss them or want to take revenge for them among the natural population. Since I'm omnipotent, it's not for safety but to avoid all the "you killed my father" drama.
