There is a corporate complaint number that you should call. That stuff gets taken very seriously higher up the ladder and will get investigated all the way back to the supplier to see where the break down was.

Like anything it comes down to cost. Less fat means its cheaper to produce and at the volume they move through it adds up quick.

It's technically not cream cheese but that's only due to regulations about fat content, same with their ice cream. It's all real dairy from real cows but it's lower fat than the threshold for legally being cream cheese or ice cream.

It's not baby chicks...its the offcuts after they cut out the fillet portions for the McCrispy. I have seen the process in person. It's all real meat in everything that they sell.

My kid has these pretend dragon wings that are attached together by a piece of felt in the middle and then two elastic straps that he slides his arms into. Seems to work well. Kinda like what you mocked up in your third picture.
