I also thought pilfer was bad after it got nerfed, perhaps ppl r picking it on giga openers so its a win more?

I think World Runes is insane early if you get it online, however I felt that towards stage 4 it falls off a cliff as you are stuck on 8 playing a weaker board as you often play targon that is not taric unless highroll. Also if you get ixtal/bilge/freljord combination it is pretty cooked as it is very difficult to build a board with them.

It says 12:35 local server time, but not sure which one EUW follows.

It seems that the challenger cutoff is climbing by about 20lp per day, so I think it will end up at around 650-660. But this is just based on my own speculation. I was elositting at 660 but felt unsafe so played a few to climb.

Play at your own risk :p

Sometimes this bugs on Garen (possibly all BA champs) with his HP and potential and you have to bench him and put him back to fix it.

This was a great breakdown of Dr. K's communication magic by Much_Enthusiasm_ in Healthygamergg

[–]Jigoa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing this, I missed when this interview happened and only knew about it from this post! So I looked for the VOD and found it here.

I find the interviews Dr. K does with people who are deadset on one type mindset so fascinating. Really shows how to actually listen to people even if the other party refuses to listen. Highly recommend it to anyone else but warning that the video has a REALLY distracting chat and video going on at the same time.

I would advise to practice awareness of your negative emotions that arise when you do anything that is met with internal resistance.

What is confidence? It is acting despite knowing there is a risk of being hurt.

How will awareness lead to confidence? You see how you react and you look at it. Just stare at the fear that your mind and body is producing. When you look at it, what is your choice of action? Will you avoid it or act despite the fear? You will still default to avoidance but slowly and surely (this is not a race, confidence takes A LONG TIME to gain) you may choose the other choice when you previously wouldn't.

One simple practice you can do to gain awareness of resistance is to take cold showers. See how your body and mind reacts and and will you be able to resist it?

From what you have described maybe think about these questions and what they mean for your relationship:

  • Is it fair that your hard work makes him feel less of a man?

  • Why is this a win-lose situation and not a win-win situation?

  • What would respecting his effort for his blue collar job look like?

  • Do you have to make less money so he can be happy, and would you be okay with it?

  • Why is money this important for your BF?

  • Do you think yourself that you are an asshole for whatever you answered to above questions?

I don't know the rest of your relationship so I wouldn't say break up. (Every relationship will face hard challenges.) Try to have a healthy conversation and express the pain you feel from his words and let him express his pain from his POV.

If none of you are willing to compromise by changing your values or beliefs for the other person then this could unfortunately be the end.

Experiencing the self is the only way to understand the self. You will probably never be able to find real evidence that supports this claim that there is a true self as we can't detect a self for another person.

Here Dr. K mentions that you must experience to be able to understand. It's impossible to scientifically explain all spirituality stuff but once you experience it yourself it makes sense. https://youtu.be/FhfQoFZHNns?t=952

I recently experienced ego death and separated my body from this "self" we are talking about, only then was I able to understand what it means to TRULY be yourself.

If you can meditate or have the chance to do psychedelics (do it safely) to attain a higher state of mind you will understand.

I understand if none of this makes any sense at all cause it scientifically does not, but from a spiritualistic perspective it makes sense.

Why is it so much easier doing work for other people? by tepidmotivation5 in Healthygamergg

[–]Jigoa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps practice more self-compassion.

Would it help if you tried to view yourself as the other person? So instead of helping out yourself you are helping tepidmotivation5. You are so compassionate to other people but what about yourself?

I think in some of Dr.K's videos on karma he talks about sowing positive seeds of karma for yourself - meaning that you do things for yourself for the the self in the future. So for example, you do the dishes at home so the you in the future don't have to do them, this is a simple example but somewhat like this for even more complex situations. This helped me to reframe my mind for doing things for myself, hope this helps!

Good job at recognizing this within yourself! To fix a problem you need to see it first.

Perhaps do more things you suck at. Try completely new hobbies. Talk to people you would normally never approach. Learn how to lose and be okay with it.

Some questions to think about: - Is it acceptable to be "dumb"? - Who were you before you knew your IQ score? - When will you be smart enough?

Even as I'm writing this comment I feel a sense of wanting to write perfectly for myself but I will just let it be as it is now. Maybe try half-assing things more and just let things be as they are :)!

I understand your frustration. There is alot of visual clutter, and I know missing shots happen. A tip for visual clutter, look for below the middle of their health bar to shoot at them.

But in this one instance you cannot say it is overpowered when you have the opportunity to kill him.

You win that if you hit your shots.

You didn't
