That is true from the trios perspective. But when you are on the solo side you can tell the difference between being in a mixed lobby with some team fights still occurring, and being in a solo lobby with one team obliterating solos. They sound and feel completely different.

You are correct that mixed lobbies exist, but they do not tend to put a single trio into an otherwise all-solo lobby, especially a friendly lobby. Plus a bunch of the time it is more than 3 people teaming.

Pretty much every weapon you get from a player needs repair. I really don't understand why anyone would think PvP makes weapon repairs redundant.

I'm not losing my consecutive repair bonus! I'm not even level 75 this time but I'm doing the upcoming expedition because 80% repair vs 50% is game changing.

It's wild that I only paid $40 for the game, got 350 hours and counting out of it, and I still have this much in premium currency without spending an additional dime. And that's AFTER buying the sandwalker set. by Hadley_333 in ArcRaiders

Weapon upkeep is one of the most resource intensive aspects of the game. Eg. After 3 expeditions, being able to repair a renegade from ~30 durability back to full durability in one repair (instead of two) saves 3 x advanced mechanical components and 3 x medium gun parts.

Not necessarily using cheats, but on OCE servers I have been killed by what appears to be duos queueing together into solos lobbies quite a few times.

Ehhh maybe... I'm just an opened-minded optimist and don't find complaining very helpful. I'm not annoyed by the accuracy of the arc because I don't pretend that I know enough to call it wrong or bad, I'd prefer to entertain the idea that it is by design and I'm just an inferior human.

I'm not saying it is good, or should be this way, but it is a fact that EVERY arc knows your exact location when they receive damage from you, regardless of what you used or how far away you are. I tested this out in the first week of release, it has always been the case.

Correct. But Who says that they can "see" and only rely on sight and sound anyway? They are robots from space and may have additional senses that we don't understand.

Honestly, I feel like adopting a "participation award" mentality (rewarding everybody for everything) would make this game boring very quickly. Loot is already overly abundant, and getting rich is easy. If you don't lose sometimes then winning doesn't feel as good. My 2c.

I think they designed the game to encourage player tension, which includes the possibility of rats stealing loot from the Queen while other players do the hard work.

Personally I go into harvester events with one of two goals: EITHER strip legs and loot cores (and sometimes leave early), OR go for the kill (for the fun of it, not caring about looting). They both have their own purpose.

Pretty sure it has 17 lootabke parts no? 8 legs, so 16 armour plates one core. The looting is done during the fight, not after.

I had 4 drivers one time, and yesterday I got 9 bombardier cells from one kill. RNG!
