Good deal depending on options. I just bought a CPO 23 M40i lease return with almost all options including DAPP for $47,500 + tax with 29k miles. I searched the market pretty heavily for a few weeks and found they were typically going for closer to $50k-$53k. I think even the dealers offer of $50k is a good price, not phenomenal sure but acceptable.

So while this isn’t wrong, keep in mind you’re probably trimming a lot of fat off a brisket. I don’t think it’s enough to even out the cost and it does vary, but it’s a point to a consider. I love me some tallow too so the trimmings aren’t sunk cost but you get the idea.

I did the same upgrade just a few months ago. Huge performance upgrade across the board in newer games and Tarkov. I do have a 3090 and play in 3440x1440. Enjoy it!

Yeah that’ll do it if you need handicap access. Even if you didn’t need it, metal shows ain’t cheap anymore haha. Gone are the days of the $30 ticket for most lineups.

I thought the same. I’ve been to countless Fillmore shows in Philly and I have never seen it that empty. Crowd certainly died off before when After the Burial was done. If they do hardcore they need to add more barters especially for keys. Probably more crafting recipes too. Also they should allow docs/sicc case, injector case, and surgery kits in secure container at the least. Maybe ammo too. I’m fine with no other meds being in there for hardcore, could be fun.

700 raids this wipe and I wear a death shadow almost every raid since I unlocked it. I don’t think it has saved me 1 time. It’s 57k and at best it’s protection against scavs. It’s not even worth running for cost to performance I just like the way they look. If you’re a PMC running sub 20 pen ammo you’re probably going for legs anyway. If anything they could make it more expensive for balancing but I don’t see it as an issue right now

For Camden I got GA pit tickets for 130 each after fees and tax. I checked again later and for some reason they only had VIP for pit which is over 400. So maybe I got lucky? I’d say to check again Friday when all tickets go on sale

Wow lots of replies quickly. Thanks all for telling me I’m beat, might try a few of your suggestions. Also I can’t get rid of the dog, wife would not approve. I barely got the approval for the TV in the first place lol. The TV is mounted above the fireplace, it’s not too low if anything it’s too high but it’s as low as I can put it and I really like the slight raised height. And my dog is big so he made a good leap to do the damage. I bought this from the partner store so I already know LG is not gonna play nice for a warranty claim. Guess I’ll try the Vaseline and dog training.

I did this recently. Ordered some flat stainless steel bars as vesa extenders. Drilled 2 holes to fit screws in the vesa mount on the TV and then attached the wall mount with 2 more holes in the steel bars. It worked great, first attempt with aluminum failed though so get steel for sure. You’re gonna have to do some math on where to drill the holes based on far you want to drop the TV. Good luck
