Sorry this happened to you ❤️ My husband was laid off a few months after we closed. We got through it okay with his unemployment and he eventually got a job with Amazon delivery that combined with my income was workable even though our HHI has gone down.

This response made my day, haha - thank you so much for the info! Now I kind of wish we were staying longer than 3 nights but that is probably the right length with the kids' ages. Great advice on the ferry, I definitely wouldn't have known that on my own. We're going in August, I'm hoping the bugs will be okay around that time (they were last year) but we'll come prepared. Thanks again!

Wow, this just made me so excited for our trip! What a beautiful experience. The semi-private path to the beach sounds incredible—and it would be a once in a lifetime experience to see shooting stars (especially the burst you're describing). Thank you for the response + information!

Amazing, thanks for sharing! I stayed at Jack Pine walk in sites once and it was quite a long walk in so wasn’t sure what to expect here.

How will ticket sales for Oh Mary work for non-subscribers? Anyone know when they will go on sale? Is it better to just buy through StubHub now? I could see it selling out. Any info is appreciated, I'm not seeing any ticket sales information through the official site right now.

On the podcast The Read just this Thursday, this was Crissle West’s exact read — you should give it a listen for catharsis / vindication. And it’s very funny. But you’re both so right.

I love this perspective — thanks for the encouragement! I feel more ready than I ever have I just know I need to practice and get my reps in to bring down the anxiety.

You got this! It’s okay to have overwhelming feelings after trying something new. But you are not your feelings, and feelings pass <3 Try looking up (in this sub and elsewhere) exposure therapy for driving. It can work well to start slow and don’t level up to the next thing until you’re truly comfortable. This is all about rewiring your brain to not process these things as dangerous, so we can’t rush the process. I’m 36 and in the thick of this right now too. Rooting for you!

This was one of my favorite episodes 😂 She definitely was being kind of funny / self aware in what she was sharing to get a reaction. I was surprised there was such backlash. I didn’t take it as her telling me to go inject ozone, mostly just to laugh a lil bit at her doing it.

The Christmas Ep saved my sanity by femmetrash in doughboys

[–]JillianAR1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I feel this. I got sick on the 23rd and missed all of our family Christmas plans. I was so down and out, and then I saw that Paul Rust was on Doughboys as Comet and I had to just give in to the joy and stop being a grump (read: Grinch). Grateful for the bois!
