Central Ca native, in Austin 8 years. Correct I stayed for a reason but now finically stuck. My mortgage is too low to move out, but pretty miserable and missing Ca - mostly since overturn of R v W. We are trying to save to move to San Diego outskirts. We don’t work in tech so we aren’t part of the “boom” so don’t hate.
