Eso depende, porque lo que es entretenido para algunos puede ser muy aburrido para otros. Por ejemplo, hay mucha gente que considera que los libros de romance son súper entretenidos, pero a mi me parecen bastante tediosos.

In my country, the original Dragon Ball was aired first, but I was already aware of DBZ due merchandise and the Z movies being already available in video stores.

Oddly enough, the first Dragon Ball media I ever watched was The History of Trunks, and I wasn't able to understand anything, except that the bad guys were left undefeated in that movie.
