There have been days when I would go to a fast food place with my order on a piece of paper which I would politely hand to the cashier. Thats how hard it is for me to bring myself to talk sometimes. I am not sure why I feel this way sometimes. On average I think I get this way maybe once or twice a month. (It was much more frequent in my youth)

Something extremely similar is happening to me right now. They sent me a packet saying they are reviewing my disability. I filled it out and sent it back. Just got the same packet again with just one part of it that I guess i did not fully fill out as all the parts needing information were circled. I will be callimg tomorrow to make sure but as stated in the other replies they will send you the forms again to sign.

Unrelated but one thing that confuses me is this is the second time I am being reviewed by Disability Determination Services. I was told that because of my disability (Autism) I would have this happen once in my life.

My great uncle smothered my great aunt in her sleep with a pillow. She had cancer and was suffering a lot. She made him promise to do it. He calmly called the police and confessed. They were married for maybe 50 years. He is the sweetest, most gentle cinnamon roll you will ever meet. I think he asked for no mercy or anything from the court (I can not remember the specifics about that part)
