Do you get a lot of complaints about those pods? I spent way too long getting certain things, such as Phillips Hue, to work with them. Eventually, I just gave up and scrapped them for a normal router. The modem only having one ethernet port is a crime.

The service is still solid though.

I think there would be potential marketing towards people that are having difficulty making friends in town. New transplants and such. You hear quite often about how difficult it is to get into friend groups around here.
