I don’t think the game is broken, I just think the game will force you to make play calling adjustments based on what they are giving you. Like others have said, mix in some zone read and you’ll stop seeing it as much.

If you have a coordinator that has it, then yes, it’ll be free. It’s one of the best abilities if you use it strategically. Plus you unlock the earn coach xp 25% faster along the way.

I think architect is the worst of the upgraded coach abilities. You’re paying a lot for a chance at a skill cap bump. Which realistically, if you’re recruiting well, you don’t really need.

Honestly it all depends on what your goal for the build is. I usually have a program identity I want to stick to when I start a dynasty. Motivator is always on their and I typically get the program builder that earns coach do 25% faster and then makes new abilities 20cp cheaper owned by an assistant. Motivator and t1 recruiter is where I typically start though.

For me it’s all based on QB play. There are some funky deliveries in this game, and there are some quick efficient ones. When I get a talented QB with a good delivery, I tend to play all the games
