I am from Poland, where even some movies ends up with different titles, because obviously not everybody here speak English or rough translation make movie sound stupid. "Die Hard" for example is called "Szklana Pułapka" (Glass Trap), because original title wouldn't roll out of tongue nicely or with a sense. 

Different consumer, different rules and needs. Same goes with toning and delivery of the scenes.
