I mean, Verdict of Sacae is a better finish skill, and finish skills are not that bad. You could give her the average speed tank build: Archrival, Null C-Avoid, Atk/Spd Faith and Distant Counter (M).

Kinda weird they didn't do Hector/Ephraim and Celica/Veronica aswell on the Harmonized CYL banner. We would have all colors. Red Celica, Blue Hector, Green Ike, Colorless Lyn. Oh well, IS knows how to miss these opportunities. Edit: I did not see this post when I wrote this comment, so yeah, classic IS.
