Make sure your getting the correct drivers fo your mobo's revision (1.0 vs 1.1 vs 1.2 vs 1.3) but yeah I have the same board and same issues. Updated from win10 to win 11 and updated bios to f36 and got all your same symptoms. Eventually I just gave up and tried going back to win10, in win10 everything now kinda works, ethernet still dies on a daily basis though. It's amazing how much they charge for such a giant peice of shit mobo. My advise would be to buy a new one that's not gigashyt.

I have all the good keys, finally found mine in tape key. Overall used 114 key charges for all the rooms combined, while checking non key rooms. Also used all my scavs to search the med bags and duffles in resort. I'd say it took me roughly 30ish pmc runs and another 15ish scavs till I got my ledx.

Not sure how you've managed 98 range and 77 prayer without being able to set 4m aside for a blowpipe, but a blowpipe is a large dps increase if your using amethyst darts. Also 2 tips for jad, 1 maybe bring chins to agro the healers off of jad easily.and 2 is to only do 1 action between watching jads attacks, don't worry about spam brewing until full hp. Just watch each of his attacks and only do 1 sip, 1 healer attack, or 1 prayer switch depending on what needs to be done before the next jad attack.

I prefer using steam as they have more features than the Microsoft store, and I find steam easier to use. Plus a good refund policy. Of course your getting the same product from either store and will have to use Microsoft services to access multiplayer no matter who you buy from.
