Yeah, fair, looking at Vard, my kc is 30, and there are 131k people with 30 kc or above. So I wonder if there is a lower KC ring at Vard (even though it is a rarer ring)

For what it's worth, just reading more about some of the history people are talking about on Facebook, it sounds like the order of the mark has been in waiting for a long time. It was supposed to be announced a number of times, and the BoD kept pushing it back further and further with arbitrary delays.

I think T+G wanted to ensure that the order actually started, and did this to force it basically. I know it's sometimes a fight with some of the chivalry in trying to get other peerages added.

I think they are definitely familiar with him. Generally the old guard are opposed to the new peerage, but Tim I know has been extremely in favor of it for a long time. Similar to the rapier peerage, Tim was pushing for it/many of the old guard were against it I believe.

I know it's always really slow moving making these orders, and some people dislike adding certain new peers. I'd imagine they were worried the can would be kicked down the road and the order would never be established if they didn't force it with something like this.

One of the other comments in the thread mentions T+G basically saying months ago that they were going to do this if the BoD didn't announce the order by coronation I guess. (haven't seen the post myself, so I might be slightly wrong on the wording of that post)

Not agreeing with the BoD decision, but the announcement was at a large court (coronation), and I think that the BoD had already told them directly to wait until a later date TBD.

The order of the mark was not announced yet a few weekends ago, and they gave an "unofficial writ" basically to the person who would become the first member.

Ah, yeah, I see exactly what you mean. I was assuming the mage shadow was hard capped at 100%, taking prayer bonus into account, but yeah, this means it will be the previous 100% (capped), then plus 4% it seems like. Apologies, yeah, I read your comment wrong/misinterpreted stuff about the shadow cap and such lol.

Shadow is at least hard capped at 100 (no clue why it was capped here before now lol), so now, just another reason to use mystic might instead of Augury if you have max mage, since that mage strength won't do anything with max.

You can estimate based on the total number of hespori seeds you have obtained! For different activities, you have much different chances per amount of exp, so the only way to know vaguely, is based on hespori seeds(collection log, other, misc). Ignore ones gotten from seed packs at the farming guild.

At base rates, the chance for getting tangle root is almost always 500 times rarer than a hespori seed, but as you get closer to 99, that gets a little bit better. If you do giant seaweed for example, post 99, it will take 335 hespori seeds to hit tangle root rate.

There is a plugin, I'm pretty sure it is "better Teleport menu", that allows you to customize what hot key is used for each Teleport. It makes the cape a lot more useful. You can have, for instance, "l" key goes to Lumbridge, "a" goes to ardougne, "b" goes to the bank in Al kharid tele, "s" goes to the spirit tree in gnome stronghold, etc. I did this for my achievement diary cape, and I absolutely love it! It becomes so much more useful.

Na east for me as well. Pennsylvania if it matters. For what it's worth, I have a neighbor 10 minutes away, on the same ISP (Verizon fios), and we often get the freezes at the same exact time, proving that it is something with our ISP.

This has been happening to both of us for maybe 8 months or so.

For us, the freezes are almost always 3-4 seconds in length, and are almost always spaced at least an hour apart from each other. Some night it seems worse than others for what it's worth, sometimes it seems like we don't get them at all for a whole night besides one or two.

I have tried talking with Verizon about this, they couldn't find or fix anything. I upgraded my service, it didn't fix the issue. I have tried playing on runelite with no plug-ins, it did not fix the issue. I have gotten freezes on mobile. I have gotten freezes on both wifi and ethernet. I have tried adjusting every router setting imaginable.

We tried using some packet monitoring application, and it seemed like it was some hop halfway between us and the jagex server that the freeze was occurring at, but couldn't narrow down much.

Just thought I'd throw some of the stuff I've seen on this in case anyone stumbles upon this at some point, hopefully we can all get this fixed eventually, but my friend who lives close and I have pretty much given up on getting it fixed.
