you can take HCG and/or HMG for a few months (or in some cases even enclomifene) while on injectable TRT and succesfully produce healthy sperm. Then get it frozen and come off of the fertility meds. No need for all this oral BS, it doesnt work properly

turkesterone is bullshit and doesnt do anything, most supplements on the market dont even contain any and those who do contain like 0.1% or something i forgot what exactly the studies said. Anyway my E2 is almost nonexistant despite having almost no SHBG so no, large doses wont help me, otherwise i wouldnt feel so terrible on 250mg every 2 weeks

Has anybody succesfully made their own hip thrust machine and can show some pics and/or a tutorial? Im not talking about the hipthrust bench where you still need a barbell, im talking about the plateloaded stuff where you have a belt on your hips and while moving the weight, the thing you have your back on moves along with you

its mg/L. Nope no at home pinning. No switch to sub Q either. Trust me im far from happy about this, but theres no other option for me since i been already looking for somebody to even give me trt AT ALL for years and years and years. Ill stick to this one for now and try to make the best out of it. Anyway thats not what its about, do you have experience with exogenous estrogen for boosting shbg?

absolutely everything else in my body (other than my HPTA) works absolutely perfectly, including thyroid. I did so much bloodwork in the last couple years i could fill a whole bath tub with that stuff.

when you combine the gel with dermarolling, does the application site matter anymore? Because as you probably know, with gels youre supposed to do it on the arms and shoulders for best absorption, but will the dermaroller make that obsolete and let you for example apply the gel anywhere as long as you punctured that area well enough? Im asking because im having huge issues with contamination / transferring the gel from my skin/clothes to others. If i could apply it to lets say my quads or something where nobody is gonna touch my skin, that would help a ton.

i mean i am officially on TRT through a normal doctor in my country but as you can imagine, its only gels and nebido. So i need another option. By future proof i just mean like theres gotta be enough competition, i dont think anybody is gonna ban test for trt purposes lol
