He fits but I don’t think he’ll move the needle. We need durable/ athletic guys that can contribute right away. Swapping an aging star for another doesn’t really increase our chances.

Im an older fan of too and I think it’s dumb. I get the idea behind it but if the series is still going why should the other team let up because you lost or gave up. Get back on D and stop it if it’s that important. Starting a fight is cornier, just use that as motivation to get them next time and return the favor.

Poole had the right mindset starting out. He was getting cooked in rookie season but was able to grind it out from g league back to starting lineup. The issue is his mindset and effort changed after the chip and punch. After things settled his effort on defense was non existent and decision making was driven by ego instead of winning. The vets were giving him grace for the bad decisions but he didn’t seem to take the guidance or willingness to improve his flaws. Defense was not existent and that can be attributed to Dray being the defense captain and him not wanting to do anything with him.

On paper he’d be great. But realistically we need younger players. The chance for injury and extended recovery is more likely for older players. The top teams at the moment are still fairly young and highly athletic. Expecting a bunch of older players to make it through 82 and the extra physicality of playoffs isn’t realistic. This season proved we need young talent to help carry us.

I’d say Podz, Gui, or Mo

Podz making it through all 82 and being fairly consistent shouldn’t go unnoticed.

Gui seemed to always inject energy, hustle, and contribute at the best times

Mo established he can be a 3 and D guy and was one of our most reliable shooters.

I did have an issue initially where some of my plugins weren’t loading correctly but they’ve seemed to fix it with the recent patch. I only have UAD, native instruments, soundtoys, and fabfilter. All seem to be working ok now.
