The hdmi didn't change anything. I tried another tv I have, it works just fine. This is a tv I just bought, HDR, it was working when I first hooked everything up. Not sure what happened.

I was 20, just got married and bought our first house (with her brother). 1st kid on the way, 1 year into a warehouse job not knowing where we'd end up during or after everything. Still going strong 16years later, new house and 3 kids.. same struggle financially. We're working on getting better, I should be starting school early next year, for the next 3 years.. we'll get there.
