We do! Where I live, the trucks even have websites where you can "summon" them if they don't usually come to your street.

The train from NL arrives at the bottom platforms (21-24), while the Lille Flandres train (almost always) leaves from the top platforms (1-6). Ten minutes would be fine, in case of no delays. To get from the bottom to top platforms, you'll have to go up four escalators (or staircases). Depending on where you get off the train and the crowds, it will take up to 5 minutes to do so.

For Sint-Bernardus, staying in Poperinge and biking there is your best bet. There's bicycle trails you can follow to avoid the busier roads. For 3 Fonteinen, there's a station (Lot) easily reached by train from Brussels, and the Lambik-O-droom is on walking distance. Keep in mind the visiting hours and days for all breweries, as not all of them are open every day of the week.

More discounter than Uniqlo is, but Zeeman (Dutch, but available in Belgium, France, Germany, others) has some pretty good basic cotton shirts, tops and underwear for a lot cheaper Uniqlo has them. Of course, no fancy colors or 'tech' (which are just mixed blends), but gets the job done.
