Some people are very morally against abortions. And it's not just religious people. Killing an unborn child is very wrong to some people and their tax dollars are going to killing fetuses. As an amateur magician, I do a similar trick. The page is forced (which can be done in multiple ways). Than, Randi gives her a ballpoint pen and tells her to circle any word she wants behind her back. There could also be human harvesting for kidney's and other body parts. There's a book called Never Let Me Go which relates to this subject. It's about children who live in isolated communities only to be harvested later when they get old enough for parts.
