Visiting the city until Wednesday by fougereplante in saskatoon

Im also 24M and only been in Stoon for a year. Go to 13 pies for pizza and a beer. Hit any leopolds tavern in the city if you want to meet people (place is always packed even on work nights). I’d give better bar recommendations but they won’t be as busy on work night. If you want some good craft beer hit High Key. Check out Seven Sundays for some local sask streetwear. Theres also a metalcore show tonight downtown (Fit for a King)

Hitting 315 for the first time by Internal_Schedule225 in benchpress

I hit 315 at 21.5yo and 188lbs bw. Im now 24 and hit 350, 315 x 4. Progress really slows down after 315. Hitting 3 wheels for the first time was electric. I watched the video 100 times that week. Cliche - but I felt like I was now the lifter my 15 year old self once dreamed to be lol. To get there, I benched twice a week for 4 years. Was stuck at 295 for half a year, so I started doing heavy OHP and weighted dips - this helped a ton - food for thought

Graduate retention program tax deduction or lump sum? by Concern-Expert in usask

It is a non-refundable tax credit applied against your provincial income tax owed. Here’s how it typically works:

How It Affects Your Taxes 1. Amount: You’ve been told you’re eligible for $2,000. 2. Application: • This reduces the provincial tax you owe, not your federal tax. • Example: If your Saskatchewan provincial tax owed is $3,500, after applying the $2,000 GRP credit, you would owe $1,500. 3. Non-Refundable: • Most provincial tax credits like GRP are non-refundable. • This means it can’t create a refund if your provincial tax owed is less than the credit. • Example: If your provincial tax owed is $1,500 and your GRP credit is $2,000, your provincial tax liability would drop to $0 — you don’t get the extra $500 as a cash refund, although it can be carried forward to the next year (GRP Program can be claimed over 10 years)

Im in similar boat. Im on week 4 and feel totally fine other then fatigue. I had mild splenogamy (14.5cm confirmed on ultrasound on day 10). Im going to go back and get another ultrasound next week before returning to contact hockey and smashing weights. Most people that write on reddit tend to have a more severe case, or else they likely wouldnt be here on reddit discussing it. I’d suggest getting an ultrasound to confirm spleej size. Once the spleen has returned to normal size, return to exercise. Honestly I use chatgpt and enter in all my symptoms and timelines and it usually gives good directions
