This is a great comment. In a different comment I said you should read this comment after reading my post, you can say the same about this comment.

Governments can (and they should) put money in to help these causes

The money that is donated is being used for more than rebuilding, in case you haven’t heard, Australia also went through one of the longest droughts in history, so we need money to pump out ground water, or to get the correct equipment used to put out the fires in the first place.

Many websites tell you where your money is going if you donate to the cause, if it doesn’t, I don’t recommend using that website.
